amazing experience!
cava service truffle treat personalized note
i was greeted with cava upon arrival. What a good touch. upon departure, i found truffles and a thank you note. So sweet. this attention to detail.
The rooftop bar closes kinda early at 5:00 pm. I wish it stayed open later!

inadequate soundproofing restocked minibar
the location was acceptable though it was a little too busy.
The minibar was not restocked daily as advertised. I had to call multiple times. also, the noise from the street kept me awake at night. The soundproofing seemed inadequate. this was frustrating because i expected a quiet room given the hotel's reputation.

romantic getaway
comfortable bed large bathroom wooden floors
my darling and i celebrated our anniversary here (so special!). our superior double or twin room was spacious. i particularly loved the wooden floors. the very comfortable bed ensured restful nights, which we needed after exploring. the large bathroom was a delight.
the diffuser scent in the reception area was quite strong. it sometimes felt overwhelming upon entering.

the hotel is near la rambla, one of the best locations. it's an easy walk to many attractions like hop-on-hop-off buses and architecture. the rooftop pool and bar provided perfect relaxation spots. i loved the views.

fresh fruit rooftop bar
The breakfast was really good (i loved the fresh fruit selection). The rooftop bar provided a great view. It was a nice spot to relax after sightseeing. The room included a safe for valuables.
The elevator music was repetitive.

terrible view street noise
The breakfast variety was good. I found enough options.
The room i got faced the back and had a terrible view. It was just an internal courtyard. the noise from the street was constant and loud. also the minibar prices were exorbitant. A small bottle of water cost nearly €7, outrageous street noise, exorbitant minibar prices
